The University of Utah will host athletes from all disciplines and countries in one central location featuring state-of-the-art training resources, comfortable lodging and relaxing amenities. The athlete village will become the heart of the Games - a haven for solidarity and unity amid the backdrop of international competition. Situated directly above vibrant downtown Salt Lake City, athletes will travel one hour or less to every competition venue in the Games footprint.

Family support is the backbone to every athlete’s success. Family members make the initial sacrifices to provide for an athlete to chase their dreams and we aim to provide a transformative Olympic and Paralympic experience just for them. We will make affordable housing available just outside the Village and provide translators for a tailored Games experience for loved ones.

Fan immersion leveraging the latest technology is central to a future Utah Games. Spectators can experience multiple events in the same day with minimal travel time between venues. A fully activated downtown Salt Lake City will ensure collective excitement envelops every corner of Utah. The Games are also a catalyst for Utah’s future development – built on no state or local taxpayer funds, climate-positivity and social progress across Utah.
